The highlight of this shoulder bag is definitely the olive shaped pockets. The inspiration was the Martini print fabric I thrifted from a pillowcase. I paired it with the olive green fabric to add contrast to the darkness of the martini fabric, while still matching the overall vibe. I used a portion of the pillowcase’s yellow trim to create the bow closure of the bag. I even added an extra loop on the side of the bag so you can hang bag charms, your keys or anything you want on the outside of the bag for easy access. I love the yin and yang look that using the two different fabrics together make. The bag is lightweight and was made using cotton fabrics and recycled poly fleece for the diamond quilting on the outside of the bag.
