Refund policy
Returns/Refunds:
Each piece has a detailed description of what is included and what is used to make each piece. Also note that each crystal is unique in shape, color, etc. Due to this, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds.
However, if a piece is found to be "faulty", I will gladly fix or exchange the item, given we have had an email correspondence verifying the item is faulty and it is shipped to the address provided in said emails within 14 days of original delivery.
Additionally, we do not refund for items that might become lost or stolen.
If you have entered the wrong address, we do not take responsibility, however, if you reach out before shipment with the correct address, I will try my best to correct it and ship it to the new address
NOTE: The wire used in making the products is copper or aluminum and should be treated with care. Because of this, we recommend refraining from wearing them during physical activities (exercise, if you toss in turn in your sleep, etc) or near water (while washing your hands/using hand sanitizer, in the shower, beach, etc)
